Chef Roza of VIVA Hospitality Group has crafted a menu that fuses American cuisine with global influences. Start with the Gambas Al Ajillo. The chile is delicious, and you can request extra bread to make sure a drop of it doesn't go to waste. Sip on the Lychee Basil Smash cocktail or the Kraken’s Paradise cocktail, which features Kraken Spiced Rum, Fernet Branca, Orgeat, pineapple and toasted cinnamon. Grab your friends for a night filled with golf and grub at one of SoIN’s newest sports bars! The Slice offers a variety of pizzas, salads, appetizers, drinks, and desserts for guests to enjoy. Try the “Hazeltine” pizza, topped with olive oil, whipped ricotta, prosciutto, pickled red onion, arugula, blackberry and balsamic reduction. Or go for “The Old Course” pizza, an upgraded version of classic pepperoni with Arrabiata sauce, Old World pepperoni, house cheese blend, Mama Lil’s peppers and Mike’s hot honey. Golf fans can book the golf suite to enjoy the simulator, offering over 5,000 courses! The suite fits 1-4 players and is available for adults or those 12 and up who are accompanied by an adult.
