You can promote your festival or event for free on VisitIndiana.com, the official website for the Indiana Tourism Office of Tourism Development (IOTD). Free event listings include a photo, description, phone number and website link.
When to Submit Events: Up To 9 Months Before Your Event
Free listings may go live up to 9 months prior to the event start date. And, they will be live until the last date of the festival or event. Please allow three weeks for listings to go live on VisitIndiana.com. The IOTD accepts most types of festivals and events, but not all.
Offer or Discount
Promote a discount for your business, organization or event for free on VisitIndiana.com. Discount Listings can include coupons, hotel packages, and other special offers. Discount Listings include a photo, description, phone number and website link.
When to post: One Month Before the Discount Starts
Free Discount Listings go live one month prior to the discount start date and remain live until the discount’s expiration date. Please allow three weeks for packages to go live on VisitIndiana.com.
Is My Discount Eligible?
As with events, IOTD accepts many types of discounts, but not all.
