Wednesdays 6:30 pm | This class uses a series of postures to support the body in active relaxation, stress reduction and mindfulness guidance throughout the practice- leaving you with an even greater sense of peace and calm. Followed by a guided meditation that has been shown to help manage stress, reduce depression & anxiety symptoms, improve sleep, and more.
Gigi Santiago has over 25 yrs in the yoga, health and wellness community and is passionate about introducing people to the deeply healing benefits of yoga. She studied yoga in India with Siddha Yoga, and lived in California and studied yoga with yoga teachers Tim Miller, Ana Forrest, and Rodney Yee. She believes mindfulness has the power to completely transform our world and is known for her charisma, depth, and accessibility in practice for all levels. She is also a sought after speaker, coach, and presenter and taught fitness workshops throughout the US and abroad. We are grateful for Gigi's healing energy and careful attention to her students she brings to each class.
