Specialty meat store with unique items that you will only find in our store. Some unique items include our cooked items plate lunch that we serve Monday – Friday, boudin balls, pepper jack boudin balls, seafood balls, and cracklin. We also have specialty items that are prepared and ready for you to easily cook. Some of the specialty ready to cook items you will find are our deboned chickens with our stuffing, ribeye wraps, chicken wraps, gumbo, etouffee, and more. For the holiday season, we will be one of the only stores in the area making fresh Turduckens, deboned turkeys with our stuffing, and Cajun turkeys. If you want to make your event special, we can cater your event with items you can not get anywhere else in SoIN.
