George Rogers Clark is an important man in our history. It is widely believed his expertise in the Revolutionary war kept the land north of the Ohio River from becoming part of Canada. He founded Louisville and Clarksville. His life was one of the big successes and big disappointments. Mark Meggs, park volunteer and amateur historian, will present “The Life of George Rogers Clark.” This volunteer class is open to all with regular Interpretive Center admission.
