A Four-Course Indian Culinary Experience: Step into an evening of bold spices, vibrant flavors, and beautifully crafted dishes at Namaste Nights by Chef Sunita Lamba. Each course is designed to showcase the richness of Indian cuisine—layered, aromatic, and unforgettable.

🥟 First Course – Aloo Samosas: The evening begins with crispy, golden aloo samosas, delicately filled with spiced potatoes and herbs. Paired with sweet tamarind chutney and fresh coriander chutney, this classic starter delivers an irresistible combination of crunch, warmth, and tangy-sweet flavor.

🍲 Second Course – Mulligatawny Soup: Next, enjoy a comforting bowl of Mulligatawny soup, infused with aromatic spices, lentils, and vegetables. Rich and fragrant, this timeless dish offers a gentle warmth and depth that perfectly sets the tone for what’s to come.

🍗 Third Course – Kadai Chicken Feast: The centerpiece of the evening features kadai chicken, where marinated chicken is cooked over high heat in a wok-style pan with bell peppers and bold Indian spices, creating a smoky, vibrant flavor. It is served alongside Kashmiri stuffed naan finished with a sprinkle of poppy seeds, and jeera rice delicately scented with toasted cumin, bringing a perfect balance of texture, aroma, and depth to this indulgent course.

🍮 Fourth Course – Ras Malai: To conclude, indulge in ras malai—soft, delicate milk dumplings soaked in a silky, lightly sweetened milk infused with cardamom and saffron.
