First Course - 🥟 AlooSamosas - The evening begins with crispy, golden aloo samosas, delicately filled with spiced potatoes and herbs. Paired with sweet tamarind chutney, this classic starter delivers an irresistible combination of crunch, warmth, and tangy-sweet flavor. 

Second Course - 🦐 Kashmiri Shrimps cooked in Butterly flavoured with Freshly squeezed Lime juice & Black Pepper/red chillies Served on the bed ofArugula salad greens Garnished with Pomegranate molasses paired with Mango Lassi .

Third Course - 🐟 Goan fish curry rice with fresh veggies and naan bread

Fourth Course - Gulab JamunTo end the night on a sweet note, enjoy gulab jamun—soft, melt-in-your-mouth milk dumplings gently soaked in a fragrant syrup of rose, cardamom, and luxurious saffron. The delicate saffron adds a beautiful golden aroma and warmth, creating a rich, elegant finish to the evening.

PLEASE NOTE: The last six (6) tickets to sell may be seated at a high-top table, behind counter seating.
