Celebrate America 250 and the City of Charlestown at the Founders Festival at the City Square as we welcome country music recording artist JD Shelburne as the headliner at 8 p.m. The festival grounds open at 5 p.m. and will feature food trucks, vendors, activities for kids and more. The Mad Taxpayers open the evening with a performance starting at 5 p.m.
In Greenway Park, across Market Street, there will be a Balloon Glow starting at 8 p.m. hosted by SkyCab Balloons.
