About Nicole Curtis
A self-taught home rehabber and designer, Nicole is a mom, a master of salvage picking, and a spirited advocate for saving old houses and rebuilding communities in Detroit. Nicole harnesses her experience with interior design, contracting, and real estate in 8 seasons of Rehab Addict, her show on HGTV and DIY networks. Nicole has become a go-to lifestyle expert in the media and a frequent guest on the national morning show circuit, including programs such as Today and Good Morning America. She’s also been featured in print and online lifestyle publications including The Wall Street Journal, Buzzfeed, POPSUGAR, Everyday Home, Good Housekeeping, Embark, and Women’s Running. In 2016, she released her first book, Better Than New, which made the New York Times Bestseller list. Nicole is an active supporter of several causes and charities, including Habitat for Humanity and Wounded Warriors. She has also set up her own charity, the Nicole Curtis Foundation, to fund projects for local families in need.
