What makes a geode different from a pocket of crystals? Where are geodes and crystals found? How many different kinds of minerals can be found in our area? How do you expose the crystals without breaking them? These are some the questions that Family Nature Club will address.

Interpretive Center admission is not required. Children will get a geode or crystal. $2 program fee. $2 parking fee, exempt with a 2018 Indiana State Parks Entrance Pass. Program free for Falls of the Ohio Foundation members.

Family Nature Club was created in 2015 to encourage families to get outside with friends and do something fun! Make time to enjoy nature with good company. Activities are designed to promote thinking. Club activities last no more than one hour.
