Kirk Randolph, director at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural & Community Center, was honored at Louisville Business First’s “Forty Under 40” event on Sept. 22. The award recognizes up-and-coming business and community leaders under the age of 40.
An accomplished musician, Randolph oversees musical and entertainment programming, operations, and marketing efforts for the three indoor performance hall venues. In his fourth year as director, Randolph has worked with many renowned musicians and entertainers on New Albany’s IU Southeast campus. They include jazz singer, Diane Schuur, as well as the Louisville Orchestra, New Albany’s own saxophone great, Jamey Aebersold, and many others.
During the 2015-2016 season, ticket sales were up 25%, and about 30,000 people attended the more than 100 events scheduled.
Congratulations, Kirk!
