Would you like to host the Southern Indiana Tourism Coalition meeting at your location? Hosting a meeting gives you the opportunity to showcase your business to other SITC partners.

2016 SITC Meeting Dates
SITC meeting dates are scheduled the first Wednesday of even-numbered months and alternate between breakfast and lunch meetings.

Scheduled meeting dates:

8:30 a.m., Feb. 3               Southern Indiana Sports Center
11:30 a.m., April 6            OPEN
8:30 a.m., June 1               OPEN
11:30 a.m., Aug. 3             Ogle Center
8:30 a.m., Oct. 5               OPEN
Dec. 7, 11:30 a.m.             OPEN

What’s involved in hosting?

  • You are responsible for providing a light breakfast or lunch. Attendance is usually about 30 people. You are more than welcome to find an industry partner to sponsor the meal or co-share in the preparation and/or cost.
  • You will be introduced at the beginning of the meeting and given 5-10 minutes to speak about your business and share upcoming events you will host, etc. Use this time to showcase your business. You are welcome to contribute a door prize for drawings held at the end of the meeting.
  • A “Share” table near the entrance is helpful for partners’ information materials and attendance sign-in.

An email invitation will be sent to Southern Indian Tourism Coalition partners two weeks in advance. The Bureau staff will update you about attendance or AV needs prior to the meeting.
